Job Assoc Admin Assistant

Overview

Provide administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of local routes
• Daily reconciliation of Full Service routes
• Daily distribution of reports to appropriate location personnel
• Maintain daily route paperwork in an organized manner
• Update and maintain recovered proof of delivery paperwork
• Ability to provide requested documents to AR in a timely manner
• Complete period-end reporting and reconciliation
• Local level processing and reconciliation of donation requests and employee sales
• Customer Service
• Working with centralized partners for various needs at the location level

Compensation and Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Position is heavy in Excel tasks
• Prior administrative experience
• Cash and check handling
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work independently
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience
